The Lower Pearl River Valley Foundation received a thoughtful follow-up letter from the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Program in recognition of the 2025 grant award.
HOBY Mississippi, now one of the largest programs in the nation, welcomed 148 students from across the state for a transformative weekend at Mississippi College in Clinton. The program focused on personal, group, and service leadership and concluded with students committing to complete 100 hours of volunteer service in their communities over the next year.
Through this immersive experience, HOBY continues to empower young Mississippians to think critically, act ethically, and become agents of change in their hometowns.
